Yeah I was wondering if the these runes should tell you when it's done recharging, since the Blizzard Rune tells you to. Good idea? |

Unlike blizzard, quad and shielding can be queued allowing activation immediately as it becomes available. Quad and shield also have a constant reactivation time while blizzard takes longer to recharge with the more people you freeze. It would be no big task to print the message, but would it be all that helpful? Thanks, |
