 Post subject: Rune of Thor can't be used underwater

The Rune of Thor should allow the rune holder the use of the lightening gun underwater w/out discharge damage to him or the other players.

You move slower in the water. Maybe having shaft on a slow moving target isn't such a good idea? In addition, a lot of other people will think that they can use shaft as well and *zap*. Then again, that could also serve as amusing. :) I'll ,make the change this week and see how it works out.

That's how I've always had it setup at DeadZone. Sorta makes sense to not cause the runeholder damage due to the nature of the rune me thinks.
