 Post subject: Bug or two with Current Runes

Slot, I've always wondered if you could fix it so that Repulsion Rune doesn't mess up your own traps. Personally, I've always thought that to be an obvious bug in the logic. Although maybe you guys don't agree?

I would also suggest that the owner of the shambler could shoot through the shambler. Too many times, I've randomly run into that Shambler rune and killed myself with a rocket when he appears in front of me.

When thinking about repulse on traps, you can ponder if repulse should even work on a trap... just what is a trap, really? Does it have mass? Can it be pushed?

But more seriously, I've never thought about it being bad. It's another intricacy to keep in mind. I can see why placing a trap is at odds with the traps being pushed elsewhere by the same player. However, Repulse works on the player's projectiles, too. I feel it is all-encompassing.

I also see that inconsistency with some weapons passing through shambler. Far as I know, it simply comes from the inherent way the engine handles entities' (projectiles) touching vs tracing a line (lightning gun, etc). I have hit myself many a time thanks to the shambler homing back to me when it dies. Perhaps it should be a rune-use button to resurrect it? There's not an easy fix for this one.

Repulse is one of the only runes to protect against traps. I agree with Dee to maybe not repulse your own traps, but otherwise it should work as is.

Done. You can now shoot through your pet shambler and zombies.
