Hey Slot, I'd love to see a new release of the mod! 1.0 was out in April 2004 (how time flies!). I'd love to be able to work with the voting system you added since then, and it would be nice to have the rotating armor as well.
If it would take a lot of work/cleaning to get something ready, then maybe you could still share with those who ask?
