Want a modern mouse driven menu in Quake that looks EXACTLY the same as the classic Quake menu?

Hi Baker,
There was a recent question in another thread about recording demos and the Proquake bug was mentioned. Has that been fixed in Mark V?

Correct! Plus under multiplayer, there is a demos menu in Mark V. It is mouse-capable as well. (There is also a levelsmenu under Single Player to browse maps).

Mark V also has a JoeQuake QMB effects capability that can be turned on or off via Options->Preferences. So it is a classic ProQuake/FitzQuake/Quakespasm engine by default, but you can turn on effects if you choose, and it becomes more like JoeQuake/Qrack.

In 24 hours, a new version of Mark V will be released that is quite different from anything you have ever seen before.

Source code now available for incredible iPad/iPhone version that has a sophisticated Minecraft-like touchscreen/multitouch interface.

Double tap on an Ogre to shoot him. On-screen touch buttons. Drag look.

Minecraft invented the killer touch interface for iPads and mobile devices. Mark V has similar interface, in fact on the Windows build go to Video Options -> Touchscreen and you can turn it on and see what it is like.
