It's been up for a while now, we get some TeamGames there pretty often. It's probably the only server where eastcoasters\central\westcoasters can all play at once without complaining.

I entered apparently just as one team game finished. I was happy to see another start up but was told to go to observer mode because of the uneven number of players. Oh, well...

You have to wait to be picked on one of the two teams. But if you don't get picked, just tell them you want to play, im sure someone will let you in for them.
