BAM - Any help needed getting GL to run (the too dark problem)? Idgamma should work and it is allowed on cheat-free servers.

If you get "PATH NOT FOUND" you need to run the "NT.EXE" (Windows 2000 or Windows XP users) ... assuming you are doing everything else properly.

Screenshot I made on YARD1 using Yellow's JoeQuake textures/settings... 1 Megabyte in size

And this screenshot doesn't do justice to what I see somehow when I am playing. It looks supercool.

It's in the above idgamma zip! It's the executable that works with Windows 2000 and Windows XP. (the other exe in the file is for Win 98 )

I've looked through them for textures I don't like that come with FuhQuake or the Quake Retexturing Project. I'm sure Yellow is aware of them, but if not he can get them at http://nygmafiles.essentrix.net/textures in a zip that Chuck made.

IDGAMMA Screenshot

Note the Path ( c:\quake\id1\ in the above ) has to be to where your pak files reside.

aHAH! The Idgamma file I downloaded before didn't have the NT.exe file.

Edit: Works like a charm!
