Here is a nice set of menu graphics for jq/jqpro:

I took the moondrunk menu graphics set, made it easier to read, added a nice conback, and converted it to 64 color png (so it's smaller on disk, still looks great).

I also changed some of the hud graphics (sbar, scorebar, ibar) so that cl_sbar 1 looks nice (and matches the menu graphics above).

Looks good with -conwidth 576 -conheight 432

I find cl_sbar 0 to be confusing, as the weapons/ammo are in a different place, and the center of the screen is lower (this affects my aim). If I use cl_sbar 1, I can switch back and forth between jqpro and proquake (for cheat free) without confusing myself. Yes, I'm easily confused.

Yellow has organized a nice collection of stuff he's found or made that looks nice together. I like his cl_sbar 1 and his conchars and the lg in particular.

Yellow modified some other lightning gun fire and made that one, I like it quite a bit.

yea, nice images, but they look _really_ light for me. Aren't you using any gamma settings yellow? Mine is gamma 0.7 contrast 2.0
Looking your screenies it looks to me as if you hadn't use any hwgamma at all.
